Peanut Butter Brownies

If you like peanut butter these brownies are for you. They are creamy, sweet and light. Thank you to Taste of Home for the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
 ½ cup butter (soften)
 ½ cup sugar
 ½ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup all purpose flour
 ½ cup quick cooking oats
 1 tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
 2 tbsp milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and peanut butter together until well mixed
2. Add in the egg and vanilla into mixture and beat together
3. Fold in flour, oats, baking soda and salt
4. Now fold in chocolate chips
5. Grease a 13x9x2 inch glass pan
6. Pour in mixture
7. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes
8. Let cool on wire rack for 10-15 minutes

ICING
1. Combine powdered sugar, 2 T of creamy peanut butter and milk
2. Drizzle on top of the cooked bars
