1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. In a small bowl add sugars and cinnamon and mix
3. On a floured surface roll the dough into a rectangle
4. Brush melted butter onto dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
5. Fold both ends into the center creating a long rectangle
6. Use a rolling pin lightly to seal ends
7. Cut off short ends of dough creating a clean line
8. Cut dough into 1" strips
9. Carefully twist strips, roll into knots and tuck ends into the center
10. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet
11. Beat egg and brush dough with the egg wash
12. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown
ICING:
1. Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract into a small bowl and mix
2. Drizzle icing while cinnamon twist are cooling
Store in air tight container.
