Peach Cobbler

Every day we are getting closer and closer to summer. May is peach season, so bring on the PEACHES. Head to your local grocery store or farmers market and fill up your basket. This peach cobbler is super simple and pairs nicely with vanilla ice cream. You can’t go wrong with warm peaches, crispy crust, and melting vanilla ice-cream on top. Who is ready for summer? IGREDIENTS:
 1 stick Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 1 cup Self rising flour
 1 cup Milk
 2 cups Fresh peaches

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. In an oven proof baking dish place on medium on stove and melt butter
3. Whisk in the sugar, then the flour, and lastly the milk
4. Remove from heat and add peaches into the center of the dish, avoid putting on the edges
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes
6. While it is still warm add vanilla ice-cream on top
7 Enjoy!
