You venture back from the strawberry fields with your green containers overflowing with glistening strawberries that look like they might burst. Now what? You start thinking of all the yummy desserts you can make, but you don’t have a lot of time. Well you are in luck.
A simple twist, grab a tub of your favorite vanilla ice cream and magically turn it into an exploding spoonful of flavor. This hand mixed batch of pink perfection will taste homemade with chunks of fresh strawberries. It will only take you about ten minutes to put together and 45 minutes to freeze. Then sit back and relax.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take your favorite vanilla ice-cream out of the freezer
2. Cut up strawberries into different sizes (you can use as many as you want it just depends on how much you like strawberries)
3. Take a strainer and push the strawberry through to get the juice out (use as many as needed)
4. Once ice-cream has softened fold in the cut up strawberries
5. Fold in the strawberry juice
6. Put back in the freezer for 45 minutes
