I have recently been craving anything with peanut butter. I wanted to make a dessert that resembled a pie but had the crunch of a cookie.
The peanut butter skillet is a dessert perfect for table side sharing – that is of course if you want to share 😉 What ever you decide to do,  a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top is a must! Thank you to verybestbaking for this yummy recipe.
