In my opinion, the orange is under utilized as the main flavor in a dessert. It seems to commonly be used as a side note or hint of flavoring. In this dessert I’m bringing the orange to the forefront. After watching The Great British Baking Show, I decided to give this fruit a try and make an Orange Madeira Cake. Thank you livforcake for this delicious recipe.
